  • Developed Corporate level Strategy and clarified role of corporate role and expectations from each part of the group (business units, country and functions);
  • Provided facilitative consulting, coaching and training services to deliver the agreed scope;
  • Specific deliverables included:
    • Corporate Strategic Framework – clarity on the group’s vision, strategic direction and priorities, role of the corporate, and expectation from the various businesses and regions – captured on the Enterprise level Strategy Map with the strategic objectives, measures and targets, and initiatives;
    • Aligned the Business Unit level framework illustrating the contribution of each business unit to achieving group strategic priorities with coherent targets and priority initiatives;
    • Aligned the regional and functional levels – cascaded the strategy content and framework to all regions and functions;
    • Provided training and coaching support as necessary to ensure effective utilisation of new approach and processes;
    • Identified supporting automation tool, and worked with vendor to implement and roll-out.
