An 18 months rolling professional development programme for senior level executives at corporate, business unit or directorate level seeking to enhance their know-how and expertise in leading and managing strategy.
The programme is designed to support leaders in developing or refreshing the competencies and know-how required to lead the organisation throughout the whole strategic journey from developing and planning the strategy to aligning with operational and people processes, managing strategic projects, facilitating reviews and the on going strategic discussion to orchestrate lasting change and results. The programme uniquely addresses the challenges of integrating strategy development and planning with execution.
It is a high impact, rigorous, interactive whole brain blended learning experience that combines workshop seminars with practical application on real situations, access to experts and the opportunity to network with peers. We combine relevant cases and participants’ organisational context with best practice in strategy implementation techniques to maximise engagement and learning.
This programme is currently delivered in house only and customised in duration and content for specific organisations. A formal Certificate of Achievement is awarded upon completion.
