Description of service provided:
- Conducted an audit (based on interviews and surveys) to identify the barriers to effective implementation of the organisation’s strategy;
- Facilitated an engagement forum to gather insights and inputs on the root causes of the necessary change;
- Conducted working sessions with cross-functional teams to develop solutions to strategic issues;
- Hot-housed the approved solutions with a pilot in a contained business line; gathered feedback to refine solutions for further roll out;
- Developed a case for change including a detailed cost/benefit analysis;
- Rolled out an awareness campaign and training programme supported by key internal change agents brought into the programme;
- Rolled out the implementation to other areas of the business;
- Conducted a follow-on audit after 12 months to track progress, results and level of change achieved.
