Gaelle has over 25 years of management consulting and executive coaching experience with a focus on strategic change and management.
Gaelle has worked with organisations from start-ups to larger multinationals in many sectors with a particular interest in Healthcare, Professional Services, Higher education, Technology and Entrepreneurship.
Gaelle was previously Managing Director for Palladium Group’s European business, founded by Drs. Kaplan and Norton.
Gaelle’s interest is in helping organisations to deliver a positive impact along side financial performance; evolve strategy thinking to embed multi-stakeholder priorities and make a difference for people, planet and profit.
Gaelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce/East Asian Studies from McGill University, and an MBA from INSEAD. She is an AC accredited Executive Coach.
Muibat Ijaiya
Managing Partner, Africa and Middle East
Muibat has over 20 years consulting and advisory experience working with large and complex organisations across both public and private sectors in Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa.
Her client engagements range from strategy development, performance improvement to implementation. Predominantly works with organisations in sectors that have high impact on the economy such as Financial Services, Utilities, Energy, ICT, Regulatory Authorities as well as Governments.
Muibat’s interest is in collaborating with other experts to formulate and execute pragmatic private sector-led and government enabled strategies aimed at inclusive growth and the achievement of the Global Sustainable Goals.
Muibat holds a BSC in Mathematics and Education, and MSc in Management Science & Operational Research from Warwick Business School and an MBS from Manchester Business School.
